I remember when I heard the news of my grandma passing away after school in 2012, I ran home and played this song as loud as I could in my headphones. It helped me hold it together. I still play it to this day and think of her

Had a vague recollection of this song in my head for quite a while but could not remember the name. Spent hours today listening and scanning through almost every Nero song that has ever existed. Took a Google search to figure out there were iTunes exclusive tracks which I searched right here on YouTube. Found it, and damn, so glad I found it. Literally brought a few tears, it's so good.
