Hygiene is the most important thing of all. One of the best compliments I ever received was from a man I was squeezed next to on an airport shuttle before 6:00 am. He said “it’s such a pleasure to sit next to a lady that smells so fresh this early in the morning”. Even though I had to wake up by 4:00, I had showered, shampooed, eaten, and brushed and flossed my teeth for the upcoming flight. His compliment reminded me that this extra effort is always worth it! Take it from a man who knows men very well. No matter what a woman's body type may be, she will attract men if she is healthy and "clean." Each man has his own preferences when it comes to body type, and there is some leeway in that, but there is no "perfect type" that is attractive to all men. If a lady is unable to pique a guy's interest, she should move on so as to meet men looking for someone like her. Be confident in your own, gorgeous self and they will find you.


Changing the subject, I believe the most valuable thing a woman can learn about men is how to differentiate between those looking for a "date" and those looking for a "mate."
