As of super (manga, spoilers) it would be:
-kid buu (uub reincarnation, he has way too much power as a kid considering a portion of his energy allowed Goku to crush/overpower Moro again)
-fat buu (he fought a weaker Moro for a bit and did well for a while)
-skinny buu (fat buu post training for TOP arc)

Then everything else from Z...

If we ignore Super, then:
-Buuhan (super buu + Ultimate gohan)
-Buutenks (super buu + gotenks ssj3)
-Buff buu (that one supreme kai that fought kid buu and held him off for a while, he most likely was stronger than SSJ2 Goku but still weaker than ssj3, confirmed to be stronger than S buu)
-Buucollo (S buu + Piccolo, Piccolo is like SSJ tier or so, which means he does not scale to that other supreme kai that got absorbed and originated buff buu)
-Super Buu (super buu in reality should not be much stronger than majin buu, the difference is that buu's powers are being fully utilized when super buu came to existance, as skinny/evil buu took over control of all that power)
-Kid buu (he should be slightly weaker than S buu)
-Majin Buu (he is literally kid buu but handicapped mentally, he should literally have the same power as kid buu and super buu)
-skinny/evil buu, when they split he took most of the power to his side, which is why fat buu took the L
-fat/good buu, we all know it.

Being that Mystic Gohan is stronger than ssj3 Goku who was stronger than kid buu, that alone tells you what huge difference there is, Kid Buu is around the strength of super buu, but not smart enough to talk but smart enough to know the concept of death and destruction, those being all he knows. Realistically ssj3 Gotenks could probably go toe to toe with kid buu
