Hello friends here is this wonderful 3 gallon wine recipe. I hope that you all enjoy the video and if you don’t move on this my hobby lol. As always many blessings to you all and good luck on your journeys no matter what they may be! 💌🍒🍒🍒🍷🍷🍷

Ingredients:

3 gallons of water
9 or 10 pounds of sugar
18 pounds cherries puréed
1 and 1/2 teaspoons of acid blend
1 andv1/2 teaspoons of peptic enzyme after 24 hours
3 teaspoons of yeast nutrient
3/4 teaspoons of wine tannin
1 packet of yeast, pasture red or whatever you have and wait 24 hours before putting it in.
3 crushed campden tablets

I'm getting ready to do a lazy spiced cherry wine which is half cherrys and half cherry juice soon.

Absolutely love your video, easy to follow, very nice recipe, the painfull part is all the waiting till you get to drink it and enjoy it, 😁 so from lessons learned in the past I make a good amount of wines each time so I got plenty to have over the year till next brewing time. Small batches I find don’t last lol love to see more videos on your wine making, great stuff liked and subscribed. 👍

First off, you're so damn cute! Next, keep it up, looks awesome. Not a criticism, just a suggestion, you may want to put the electric enzyme in before the yeast and let it sit for 6-12 hours with a lid on it. It'll break down the fruit even more and give a little extra sugar yield. Then pitch yeast and let it rip. May be worth a try?
