Today lets check out the Raid Boss Malygos
It includes 3 Phases

Phase 1
Tanks: Tank
Dds: make sure the power spark doesn't reach Malygos. Range DDs Stand in the pool left behind by the power spark to increase your damage. Instant casts still work during Vortex
Healers: Take care of players targeted by Arcane Storm

Phase 2
Tanks: Tank
Melee Dds: kill and take the disc's left by the adds
Range dds: stay in purple anti magic zones and kill the adds
Healers: Purge Haste as soon as you can

Phase 3
Everyone now gets placed in a dragon and gets their abilities.
Move out of static fields as soon as possible
Use flame shield to negate surge of power
Stack the buff engulf in flames as much as possible
Healers: use life burst at 5 combo points as often as you can
