Section 41 provides, Right to Private Defence on Private Property.
It says you can act in Private defence, if there is Robbery,theft,house-breaking after sunset, and before sunset, and from mischief by Fire or any explosive substance.
section 42 says that, in case of theft, robbery and criminal Tressspass, voluntary causing death, or grievously hurting is restricted.
Section 43 says Right of private defence of property, starts as soon as there is a reasonable danger to the property.
And it ends, if the offender is retreated from property, or Public authorities assistance is secured.
Section 44 says that, Right to defence also extends, even if there is risk of harming any innocent person.
For example if a person is attacked by mob, and he had to excercise his right to private defence by firing on mob, and if any innocent child die by firing , the person had done no offence.
