Inside Africa's Biggest Slum (Kibera) - Nairobi, Kenya

Nairobi (Kenya) is a very complex, diverse city. The rich are REALLY rich, and the poor are REALLY poor.

Today I took a trip to a district in Nairobi called Kibera, which is considered to be the biggest urban slum in Africa. More than 1 million people live within 2 square kilometers.

I don't know how many videos it will take me to spread this message, but I can tell you with absolute certainty that people in impoverished areas are significantly happier than the wealthy.

And overall, I've found Kenyan people to be the most heart warming, welcoming and friendly people in Africa (along with Malawians!) Have I mentioned that I love Nairobi?!

Personally, I think it is very ignorant to claim “they don’t know about a different life”

Saddest part of the video! I feel bad for this people. The government should make serious plans to ensure this people's sanitation. It's really awful, man!

Hey Drew, great video. Would you be willing help me with a bit of your
drone footage for a video that I want to create to promote a school
project that we are running in Kibera? For more about what we do as a
charity, kindly log on to www.maishatrust.org or check our facebook
page: Maisha Trust. You can also see some past videos that I have done
for the project on my channel. Will be eternally grateful if this can happen.
Thanks
