Listened to this album the whole way through tonight and absolutely loved it. Holy Cow, Bono' song-writing and soaring vocals are something to behold in this body of work. This one "The Troubles" along with "California" are my favourites at the moment. A beautiful body of work from the Greatest Band Of All Time!

Funny story was: I was on my iTunes, bout to buy another shinee song, when I noticed in my song list, a bunch of songs from U2 came up, and At first I was hella mad because I didn't buy them, so I went go look it up and it seems like everyone got them for free for some reason. Well, one day, I was listening to my music and this song came up and I gave it a try. Turns out, I really liked it and Raised by Wolfs. After stalking this group on Google, I now absolutely love this group and will be going see them in concert soon!! 👍🏼👍🏼

This has to be one of the best songs I've heard lyrically and sonically. The problems are described very sensitively and accurately at the same time. Having seen both sides of the troubles it's quite honest especially the part of knowing your own tricks being the hardest thing you'll ever do and the part about blaming others and not looking at the problems in yourself. Songs like this can really change minds.

this song was something I listened to non stop in December 2017 and then again in feb 2018
it was something that made me extremely depressed due to the things I was going through at the time

i haven't seen the walking dead, but i'm interested of the troubles' history of ireland. this was on my suggestions today. boy, this took me on another road indeed.

for a 31 year old guy that suffered bullying by being threatened to be stabbed by some of my classmates as a teenager, as well as other kinds of abuse i suffered in a small town, this speaks tons to me. years of abuse are finally revealing, after years of having this buried within myself, i'm finally coping and battling with it.
