the fenumus'Spinnerets Assassin's Boots are really good option for ES on hit if u can get aspect of the spider so u dont need the expansive watchers eye or get a watchers eye with base crit on hatred

You should try linking Bonechill to Vortex, will seriously juice up the damage for enemies standing on the chilled ground

I like playing the build but at Lvl 83 this still feels super squishy. I die at least once or twice per map to random one shots (around Tier 13, 14). With almost 4.8k ES and flasks up is this normal? Do i need to be more careful what map modifiers I run (besides the obvious avoiding reflects)? Will this get better once I've got more points in the tree?

Is
accuracy needed (to have 100% hit chance)? Nobody on poe ninja uses accuracy on gear and the price for gear with acc is crazy.
