Lauren, to answer your question about the tied dog, I have an answer. A while ago, when electricity first started being transported through wires into homes, there were two major competitors trying to make a better way to transport electricity. One, made a fast way, but the wires weren’t safe to touch. The second made a slower one, but it was safe to the touch. The first man’s idea was more popular, so the second man gathered stray animals from the streets, gathered a ton of people, and electrocuted the animals to death to prove how dangerous the competitors wire was. That wasn’t rope tied to the dog, that was a wire. That’s also why the ads say to “keep the people safe.” Cause he thought he was protecting people from being electrocuted from the wires.
