8.Take care of something. Such as a hamster, dog, or houseplant.
9. Write thank-you notes, send out cards for upcoming birthdays, or put together care packages for friends and family.
10. Let your mind take a break from technology and exercise it instead with a book, journaling, coloring, or a puzzle.
