The only thing we hear about in this report are the functions of these intel agencies that you can find on Google search, not what capabilities they have & what they achieved to deserve being ranked this way. It was a battlefront of WW2, point of interest in the Cold War and today a vital player in counter-terrorism. With Africa's flourishing economy there is also a rekindling of the rivalry of influence between East vs West.

I agree with this analysis... NIS is one of best spy agency in the world. If it was not for these invisibles and other Security agencies, Kenya would be another Somalia or Congo.

Kenyan intelligence service NSIS is highly ranked because they are trained abroad by MOSSAD, Mi6 and CIA. The rapid anti terror deployment unit RECCE squad is trained by Israel Intelligence.
