Will Smith recently transformed his body, losing 20 lbs in 20 weeks. This video breaks down exactly how he did it, and what mere, non-movie star mortals like us can learn from the process.
After purposely gaining weight for the movie King Richard, Will continued to gain weight during the 2020 lockdown along with stopping training, and ended up in bad shape.
At the start of 2021, he decided to to not only get back in shape, but to get into the best shape he's ever been in at the age of 52. He documented all of this in a six part series called Best Shape of my Life, showing the trials and tribulations of trying to maintain a healthy eating and training plan while balancing a busy lifestyle.
This video looks at this goals, the structure of his training, his diet and everything else that helps make it sustainable, as well of course, looking at the results.
