A lot of folks are commenting on notating triplets rather than swung eights: Yohan plays a lot of triplets that include two of the three notes, with one rest. Given that he seems to do this more often than play swung eighths, the most legible way to notate is in triplet subdivisions. This is especially important if Yohan is playing two triplets in the left hand, and one triplet (swung eighth) on top in the right hand. The choice of triplets is a compromise, but writing in swing would actually be harder to read.

Just learned something very cool from messing around with one of his runs, for any pianists that are interested:

Using right hand, play C D E G, then E G A C, making sure to use fingering 1 2 3 5 both times. Alternate these two patterns all the way up the keyboard (the C is repeated, pinky trades to thumb). Not only can you play this fast as the wind, but it works in all 12 keys without even having to change fingers! (and always feels comfortable). You can change the order of the notes to make different patterns - so long as you keep the 1 2 3 5 fingering solid every time, you can always play fast as all hell! Yes it's just a pentatonic scale, but the use of fingering is really cool imo

How could u dictate all the notes? Is there some kind of a computer program to transcribe this or r u plain genius?

So I'm impressed. This is a killer version. The only thing I don't like is the fact that this is obviously a swing chart and you're writing triplet quarter triplet eighth instead of just two eighths. They are swung eighths. Then you'd write straight above the two straight eighths before the improvised chorus
