Fetting an upclose camera angle with possible a second camera when putting leads onto terminal blocks would really help a newby like me see what exactly you are putting the leads on. Thanks and great video!

Hi thanks for the great video.

I have a similar problem with our rs logic 500 Plc. So our maintenance electrician just recently replaced a probe sensor for a chemical tank that measures PH level.

The analog output address on the module where the valve is wired to is constantly putting out 115 AC voltage but it's led light inbthe module terminal is off, keeping the valve open for chemical. But the sensor is not sending the signal for the valve to be open.

Do you know what could be the issue?

Is the output module defective?

Or is the probe sensor defective? (Although the probe was tested and was measuring the PH properly).

Thanks for any input.

Im currently in advanced trainning in jobcore for Smart Meter and Instrumentation and I've been learning everything about control realeys, VFDs, and PLCS etc, even built my own conveyer system with forward and reverse sensors off 8 and 11 pin relays, then the same inside LoGo! The program we've been using is Siemens Logo 8, but looking at you're videos its not the same- what program do you use? is their a company standard that they use for programming languages? Any tips for jobs or anything starting out in this field? Took my base trade in electrical, and I'm 21. Just looking for more information! Thank you!
