The porchetta stand is "Roli Roti", they have several trucks around the bay that sells roasted chicken and potatoes mostly, but at the Ferry Plaza on Saturdays they make their porchetta. Try the chicken next time, it is great.

We live in the Bay Area and haven't tried many of these places... If you visit again, you'll have to try some of the places in the South Bay as well!
