Honestly I would be suspicious if the popular girl suddenly confessed to me. Ain’t no way that’s happening and most of the time it’s a dare. I don’t even know why Kento decided to go to the singles party when he knew exactly what Kazuki was up to. But man Yuma’s smile was so intimidating and scary. A smile like hers would send shivers down my spine. I feel like Kento was forced to date Yuka because he had rejected her and showed up a singles party and Yuka wasn’t going to let him go. Yuka hasn’t changed her personality, she’s still intimidating as she is back when they were kids

Kazuki's face at the end was funny. Kento's such a great MC plus I really love the art style of this one.

I can understand why Kento would reject Yuka's confession. In his eyes, they only met recently and have never spoken before. So rejecting her is natural with how little they interacted with.

But when Kazuki came in and helped the two get together, they got to know one another and their shared history was revealed. And in a cute way too with Yuka's embarrassment over her dark past. But it was understandable considering they all were kids and hindsight does that to people who were once reckless kids.

But now they're together, and can truly be together knowing full well each other's feelings and working to become a good couple.

Most of the pretty and popular girls you see in these mangas sometimes think because of their looks and the attention they get from the boys tend to make them think that they can get any boy they want, not realizing that that they are attracted to their outward appearance and their popularity and not always their personality . The introverted boys tend to look beyond their outward appearance and not be necessesarily attracted to them because they're usually on the outside looking in .

MCs like him are always great. They have personalities, can reject girls they don't like and just aren't total pushovers. With the MC's character, him and the FMC will do just fine.

Look I have no problem with them getting together, I think it’s a cute ending. However, I just can’t help but feel like the MC was pressured into the relationship. She even kept trying to make him feel bad for showing up at the bind date by calling him a liar over his reasons and forcing a date out of him. When everything was planned by her and her cousin in the first place. That’s very manipulative on her part, especially when she was trying to hide her past selfishness when they were kids. Let’s also not forget that when she was first rejected she tried arguing by boasting about how so many guys chased and asked her out already, pretty much saying that the MC should feel lucky that he was asked out by her.

I’m just saying she showed more red flags to me that’s all.
