Let’s be honest - a good player on a cheap keyboard is a thousand miles better to listen to than a mediocre one on a NS4… it’s just what it is. People should spend more efforts in training their play instead of buying the latest and greatest stuff🤷🏻‍♀️

I have a Casio CDP100. Yes, the old one. It has 5-pin midi connectivity. Got it new for a hundred bucks, and it’s a wonderful purchase. The 5 sounds in it are quite good on their own, and who can argue with a decent 88 key weighted controller for that price?

Nothing to say about the speakers ? In comparison ? Specs are easy to read from a sheet, but what the speakers sound like and how they match up to eachother is something I am curious about. Especially cause Korg claims “deep bass” sounds due to the design, but I wonder how much of that is marketing speak and how well they sound in real life . No way to try them all out here so any professional impression would help. Thanks

Korg for the win on this one. Roland sounded kind of muted. The Casio sadly doesn't really have the chops to hang with the big dogs here, and I really love my XW-P1 and have a soft spot for them ever since the CZ-101.

Here in Mexico city, the Casio price is lower than Roland an Korg. :/

so I think, I'll go for Casio and spend the rest of the money on good piano lessons :)

Okay the Casio is amazing and looks clean😭😭however the EP award goes to the Korg Liano, Piano to Casio, however the Korg has a better resonant Piano, I like the brightness of the Casio, it's a tight one when it comes to the piano sound, and strings on either, im sorry but the Roland didnt cut it for me

I was aiming towards Roland FP10 but the 14 cm of height could a problem😭(I think it will be too tall in my desktop) so the casio cdp and liano are really good but that but idk... just 30-50€ diffence with roland fp10 beinf clearly worse
