Honestly Sanemi I’d say is the second strongest hashira behind Gyomei.
Muichiro is held back by his young age and lack of experience, Sanemi was able to kill demons even without any training in breathing techniques and Wind breathing is very difficult to master due to its wild nature.
Without Sanemi and Gyomei, I don’t think any of the hashiras could beat Kokushibo.
