I have watched all his videos including a demo when Dylan was only 15 years old on a TV. program. Top world drummer! The drumstick magician!!!

I've watched this about 20 times and still love it. I think the beat he
goes into at 9:44 is my favorite.

Dylan Elise is the quintessential "diamond in the rough". He's this massive talent that should performing for an audience of thousands in some huge arena somewhere, instead of on a side walk in front of a few dozen drunk morons. I realize he has since been more recognized and has gone on to moderate success. But its still not worthy of where he deserved to be.

Honestly, I feel good listening to his performances. Sometimes you can catch him messing up, which isn't good, but reminds me that he's human. I don't know, I feel down on myself when I mess up but when I see someone of his level choke up once or twice, it encourages me to keep playing.
