Kirby, whose getting paid 6 million a year, is telling kids they aren't as good as they think they are, so they won't go to the NFL, and stay and play for him for free to make his job easier.

There is a disease at Georgia. Our fans make our team believe they’re the best team in the nation and we haven’t won a national championship since 1980. Until we win a natty we should tune it down a little
