Modded KSS 470 or not? Kone MonoSpace MRL Traction elevator at Coles, Port Macquarie

This elevator is quite strange. It is a basic MonoSpace, however, it has the one floor button per COP layout, which is something you don't see every day, but, what makes this one slightly confusing, is that it has a KSS 470 LOP on Ground, which makes me thing that this is a mod, but it really is confusing, since everything looks original. Overall, a strange MonoSpace, but pretty good of course.

This is quite confusing. My guess would be the KSS 470 mod because the button and hall lanterns on the bottom floor look like one. And yes, I find split button arrangements like this (a typical KDS design in a medical centre in Campsie) which is strange. A mod like this is strange, I agree.
