I learned that on my first day of Jiu Jitsu! Jiu Jitsu is so fun and fun to watch, i would definitely recommend it to people that get bullied or someone that likes play fighting. Only use it when you have no other choice, walk away if possible. I like doing Gi, but i petfer no Gi (Gi is basically the uniform that he is wearing🥋)
