How to merge cif files using the command line on Windows using the DOS command line

I demonstrate how to merge multiple CIFs into one using various command lines. Note, the CCDC recommends uploading CIFs one at a time, as they've had issues with files being broken back apart incorrectly. However, journals still like you to use one cif file.
