I get how the mitigation block is different from the breaker block, but not sure why the need to differentiate between the two. From a trading perspective, we would wait for price to break this order block/mitigation block, and then retest, correct? So what purpose does it serve in differentiating between the two?

Everybody explains breaker & mitigation but not everyone knows when to select breaker/ mitigation specially what if an Order Block is present and there is a breaker/mitigation also? Would you enter from breaker or OB?
