As a former 130kg guy i tell you, lose extra weight, run no longer than 30min 2 or 3 days a week, combined with weight lifting, your sex life will improve for sure !

No doubt that exercise improves a man’s sexual health. Exercise increases testosterone levels, and helps with blood flow. 60 years old, and never had the need for viagra. I don’t drink alcohol and do not smoke (both detrimental to men’s sexual health) Exercise is also good for relieving stress, anxiety, and can help with depression. Exercise/resistance training helps me control my PTSD… my Dr is a big proponent of exercise for keeping this in check.

Exercise also improves MENTAL HEALTH.. a sound mind improves self image... exercise is beneficial in a variety of ways.

I exercise 4 times a week and try to watch my cholesterol because heart disease runs in my family. But I'm also 47. And while things all work they definitely don't work like they did 20 years ago

Depends on sex frequency as well. Exercise daily in great shape. TRT has sex drive high, so if going to have lots of sex, need lots of both.
