this vid would make sense 5 years ago. 4000mhz is like base speed now for ram, a good quality psu will last for atleast 10 years so getting 850 to 1000w future proofs with no downside. the motherboard one is partly true. as far as cooling go most high end chips use like 60w on idle and 100+ on load so cooling does require some gear tho yes beefy air coolers are just as good if not better than pricey aios. gen 4 ssds are great for boot drive and reducing loadtimes
