Easy but beautiful sunset acro yoga flow. ❤️

This is an example of what complete beginners learn in 3 months in our acro yoga course. Even though it is classified as beginner's flow this doesn't mean that you can or should attempt to do it without any knowledge or teacher guidance. If you will try to recreate this flow, make sure you do it in a safe way (use spotters and soft mats)!

My husband and I are trying to learn this flow this year. It is so beautiful! Can you explain how you pop from standing on his shins to bird? We can't seem to get there.
