Blove's Smackalicious Seafood Sauce Recipe

Hey everyone; I finally got a chance to recreate this seafood sauce. Like i mentioned in the video please use the measurements and ingredients as you see fit. The sauce has great flavor and i hope u enjoy it.

*Note the longer you allow the sauce to sit and marinate in the flavors the better it taste. I make my sauce the day before or the morning of my seafood boils.😋

How to make the sauce:

UPDATE:

These are just updates on what others have added to their sauce to perfect it to their liking, its not necessary to add it, its just an suggestion:

Add 1 to two cups of chicken broth or water to lighten the butter or substitute butter with i can't beleive its not butter ( my suggestion)

Add beer to the sauce ( suggestion from a blovelee)

Add honey to the sauce (suggestion from a blovelee)

Add Korean Red paste (suggestion from a blovelee)

Add Chili oil (suggestion from a subscriber)

How to make the seasauce:

Cajun Spice Mix 1tsp (optional)or 1Tbs
Garlic Powder 1tsp or 1Tbs
Paprika 1tsp or Tbs
Black pepper or White pepper 1tsp or 1Tbs
Cayenne pepper 1tsp (optional) or 1Tbs
Onion Powder 1tsp or 1Tbs
Oregano 1tsp or 1Tbs
Lemon Pepper 1tsp or Tbs
Crushed Red Pepper 1tsp (optional) or 1Tbs
Chili Powder 1tsp or 1Tbs
Accent Salt 1tsp or 1 Tbs (optional)
Old bay seasoning 1 or 2tsp or 1 or 2 Tbs
Lemon freshly squeezed 1tsp (optional) or add it on top of seafood
Vinegar 1tsp (optional) or 1Tbs
Tabasco Sauce 1tsp or ur favorite hotsauce (optional) or 1Tbs
Worcestershire Sauce 1tsp or 1Tbs
Brown Sugar 1 or 2tsp or 1 or 2Tbs
Minced garlic 3 to 4 bulbs
Onion 1/4 of a large minced or half onion
Minced Ginger 2 to 3tsp (optional) or 2 to 3 Tbs
4 to 6 sticks unsalted sweet butter or how ever many u see fit

*NOTE WHEN POURING DRY SEASONINGS IN BUTTER PLEASE DO IT IN SECTIONS WHILE TASTING IN BETWEEN; THAT WAY YOU WILL KNOW IF YOU NEED LESS OR MORE.

Hey my bloveleez; my shirt is from New York and Company; my husband and i tried the sauce today for the first time on our seafood mukbang and it was amazing; that seafood boil will be out tomorrow. Just to be clear this is not the exact sauce i eat from the restaurant; it is my recreation of that sauce like many of you asked me to make. It came out so good that imma be making my own sauce. Also i know i said 1 tablespoon but i changed it to 1tsp. It came out good to me and has many of the flavors of the sauce i eat. This sauce is to be made and tweaked to ur liking and i hope u guys enjoy it. I know i said 4 cloves; i meant to say 4 bulbs. The longer u let the sauce sit the more flavorful it taste. I will also like to address that im aware that Accent Salt has MSG, thats why it is optional. Ive been eating it since i was a little girl without any side effects. Apparently it has been said to have side effects, if u are uncomfortable with adding it, please by all means dont add it. (Eat everything in moderation). I love u guys sooo much; and i appreciate u watching 😍🤗

I made it on Christmas. SO GOOD! I made a few adjustments though. 1 - Instead of regular dairy butter, I used 3/4 of a container of Earth Balance vegan butter with one teaspoon of each of the ingredients. 2 - I hadn't planned on adding broth, but I ended up adding about half a cup of vegetable stock. 3 - I left out the Accent but used Lawry's seasoned salt instead, didn't have Worchestershire but used tamari/soy sauce, and added a touch more brown cane sugar (1 1/2 teaspoons total). I like to oven-steam my crab legs instead of boiling them, and used the sauce to baste them. I was slurping it up like Blove! Fingers were a finger-licking mess dipping and scooping my crab legs and corn, and I was all for it! Will definitely make again.

Does anyone think she needs to trademark this and sell it as her own sauce?! When I saw other Youtubers with 'BLoves Sauce' in their caption I literally thought she had her own packaged sauce! That would be amazing for her!!

I'm saying who ever doesnt try the sauce is really missing out. My 12 year old son and I made it yesterday and we couldnt believe how delicious it was.

I recently learned that Old Bay is just celery salt, black pepper, red pepper and paprika. Just incase some of ya dont have Old Bay

I just made this sauce and OMG!!! I added more or less seasonings to my liking, but everybody is saying how good it is. Thanks so much for sharing this!! Finger licking good!

Blove.... This is my 3rd time making the sauce. I added the chicken broth this time and I wanted to smack my mama. Not a big fan of ginger but baby when I tell you it works so well in this sauce. I tried the boiled eggs this time and I died and went to heaven. I have my 5 year old saying what's up my I can't wait to buy it when you start selling it. I hope it comes to St. Louis stores. Here are the ingredients if u need :))

4 quarters unsalted butter
Chopper
Lemon pepper
Onion powder
Cajun seasonings
Chili powder
Cayenne pepper
Oregano
Garlic powder
Paprika
Red pepper
Black pepper
Accent seasoning
Tabasco sauce
Minced ginger
Lea & perrins Worcestershire sauce
Old bay seasoning
Brown sugar
4-5 cloves of garlic
Half of an onion (sweet onions)

I just made this for the first time for my family Christmas party last night and everybody LOVED it. I added a little more brown sugar to make it sweeter and a little less red pepper flakes because I’m a wuss. (I was also almost out of garlic powder, but thankfully all of the minced cloves helped make up for it.) DELICIOUS stuff. Can’t wait to make it again for New Years!

This sauce is delicious! The mix that they now sell is nothing like it and the mix: it’s much thicker, has lots of oregano, lots more garlic (40 cloves lol) and lots more ginger! Not very spicy at all and has lots of onions. It’s very very thick. I recommend this videos recipe over the mix
