Thanks bro for sharing your experience personally one of the things that made me stick to FTMO is the the Mentor app… as a retail trader trading on my own i need to stay accountable for myself and my performance and the Mentor app helped me stick to my loss limit and trades taken everyday to stop losing much on bad days and Going on tilt and overtrading which is like in a prop environment when you have a risk manager.. this feature by it self made the price worth it…they truly care about traders becoming their best ..

I was funded 25k with FTMO and it was awesome from the beginning to the end. I maxed the drawdown (10%) and lost the account in three weeks due to the get rich mentality hitting once I became funded. I will continue to use FTMO they have the best customer service. Simple.

Before i was scare to take the Challenge with FTMO because of theirs rules :D but now i started with them, still passing the Challenge but we are almost done.I hope i will be satisfied as you with them.:D

I have asked the FTMO's support. They confirmed that once you get funded, every 30 days if you're in profit, whether you choose profit rollover or withdrawal, your will get a new funded account at the end as well as all the open trades closed. That totally violates the purpose of their swing account. Are all the other prop firms like that? Why has nobody talked about it since not all the traders are day trading.

I know many people don't realize this but the account sizes are not the true risk capital. The drawdown is. If you have $100k account you can only risk $12k of it. Therefore it's still a good deal but realize you are getting mostly buying power and risk capital is just the $12k.

Me also...it is a challenge that you need to prove your trading skills and mentality...currently I am doing with my verification and 2nd repeat after around 10 failed challenges with some 100k...it is a journey for me also towards a realistic goal and not an easy as quick scheme to have a cashflow of a certain % of profit...I doing also verification with similar strategy with MFF which in the beginning I consider that would be similar as new firm same like what happened with funding talent...Thanks for sharing and Goodluck with your trading journey

Great video, it's simple. Prop forms are in to make money, so decent service and professional processes are a must for them. Lots of new traders simply get on with wrong expectations.

for me as a position trader im not choosing FTMO because their system and rules doesn't make sense for me..when i asking the live chat customer support they said i need to closed all my open position at the end of the month either profit or loss their reason because the company want to calculate for profit spilt..the funny part is they cannot calculate profit split from all my closed position..LOL..then every month need to log in new account..so dont call it swing acc if the rule like this..

You don’t get 100k, you only get the daily loss basically. The number is made up, but it makes traders feel good, it’s just psychological.

I was looking at MFF but chose FTMO. MFF has much better terms but that weird 5% drawdown rule was a huge nono for me, glad it worked out for you at MFF!

Mff is cheaper but do y'all realize you have to wait an entire month AFTER you've received your live account before you can even receive your first pay out. I feel that's entirely too long. Most firms are like two weeks, not 30 days.

Do you think that FTMO prefers a certain type of trader? I have a 1:1 RRR but higher success rate of 74%. Their analysis in the free trial was always talking about having a higher RRR and that a high success rate can change over time. Do you have any thoughts?

I had a question, if I open a trade and my trade enters a floating loss of 1%, but if it is closed with a profit, will this floating loss be calculated for the total monthly loss?
