Highlights: Zalgiris Kaunas - Olympiacos Piraeus

The party at Zalgirio Arena spilled into the streets of Kaunas on Thursday night after Zalgiris Kaunas made history by defeating Olympiacos Piraeus 101-91 to clinch the club's first trip to the EuroLeague Final Four since the turn of the century. The Lithuanian champs won the best-of-five playoff series 3-1 to become the first team to clinch a spot at the Final Four in Belgrade.

What a season, what a team, what a brilliant coach! Zalgiris played an amazing season, amazing playoffs series ant totally deserved to go to Final4. The only bitter thing about this game was the end of it. Did Oly players and coaches had to act this salty about the loss? Yes, we understand that Oly battled with injuries whole season and that this is a club with huge history and passion for the game. But act like a big club and accept the L, you don't get too many of them either :D. Sorry, but not this season, Oly ;). Again, coach of the year and team of the year - no doubt. I believe that we can try and go for it all. Heck, we might not go this far ever again, maybe we won't make playoffs next year. So just understand, what this means to our club and country.
