Don't forget that just a week before the combine, he had a motorcycle crash, that severely limited his mobility and strength. Yet, still managed to run a 4.7 40, 30 reps on the bench, 10 foot broad jump, and 35 inch vertical. A genuine monster, and a freak of nature.

Dude almost made it in tbe NFL without playing any college ball and not knowing the game. That's how much a athletic freak he was lol.

Man made an NFL practice squad, made some good money, and got closer to making the team than most of us could ever dream of touching.
He did all of this without playing ball in college

For you to not understand how Incredibly hard it is to last as long as he did in camp is ridiculous. It takes a freak athlete to last a complete nfl camp after not playing a snap of football since high school. And to get a invite to continue to develop as a professional is insane.

I really wished back then that he was good enough to make the a team. Even still, his overall career has been nothing short spectacular! Even playing in preseason is a big deal. Considering of people couldn’t just leave their day job and pad up on the gridiron.

Briefly? He was the heavyweight champ who beat the top of all time

You forgot the fact that he was injured in a motorcycle accident which definitely slowed him down. Brock is a freak of nature. If he truly wanted to be a NFL player, he would have made the cut.

Most people don’t know he got into a motorcycle accident before his workout that got him signed. And he *the only reason* Minnesota didn’t keep him is because he couldn’t memorize the playbook in time. (According to Chris Hovan)

Lol 😆 I don't think people understand how athletic and talented you have to be to even be on the field of any NFL game and make a legitimate tackle. Saying this video with sarcasm really blows my mind. Lesnar is a beast.

The impressive thing is that Brock Lesnar never played a down of football before showing up to the Vikings training camp... Then after he got cut he went to New Japan Pro Wrestling and won the IWGP Heavyweight Championship, which makes him the only man to have an NCAA, WWE, IWGP and UFC Heavyweight Championship

What you didn't mention is that- 3 months before Training Camp with the Vikings- he was involved in a car vs motorcycle accident that left him with a broken jaw, a broken hand, a bruised pelvis and a pulled groin.
He worked out with the team in early June- but was still hampered by the groin injury.

There was no way he was 100% going into the Preseason- but the fact that he was such an Athlete he nearly overcame these limitations and made the team is impressive.

Note: he was offered a contract to represent the Vikings in NFL Europa, but turned it down to remain in the States with his family.

Not many people can say they got to suit up in the NFL. Pretty rad he got to do that!

Brock almost making the final roster spot is seriously cool, don’t discount his playing time late in games or his one tackle. Even late in preseason games he’s still out here competing against upper tier former division one football players and pro athletes. That’s crazy

I think it's remarkable Brock Lesnar is it just a very good athlete. He won the national championship in college. He made it in the NFL. Made it in sports entertainment. Was the UFC heavyweight champion. Just to be the UFC champion, and to be in the NFL is more than a lot of people ever will accomplish.

At the end of the day he was still in the nfl, which is nearly impossible to do so I’d say it’s still pretty amazing
