Took so long to get lined up the tires cooled back down almost to ambient. That’s good though seeing as street tires should only be lightly heated.

I owned the jag s type svr..I also hv the 458 speciale.. seat of the pants, prior to my tune on the 458 I thought it could be close... I let my gf drive the jag to race me for a mile quarter mile or so. Nope. Speciale had a convincing romp! Now w the Ferrari tuned it would be a joke. Both fun, great cars.
The jag was one of the most fun cars I've had.. the only issue was how quickly it lost value. I was rather suprised. It's always fun to see real life...what beats what... but it doesn't make the losing car any less fun. 😀

What old lady was driving the 458? 562hp(12 more than the jag) and a lot lighter with a better launch control system. Burnouts warm the tires then he just sat there and let them cool down.🤦‍♂️
