The brown bread looks like injera (native to Ethiopia and Eritrea), but it normally has a spongy texture.

The others just look like different varieties of naan.

I made my own homemade hummus dip with some pureed chickpeas, Philadelphia cream cheese, chopped sauteed green peppers and onions and some tuna I drizzled in some Italian dressing a little salt and pepper to taste while everything was blending in the food processor it tastes pretty good
