A lot of these gym workout videos starts off...
Her: "Hey! Come follow me with my leg & butt workouts!"
Then you see her have poor form with her knee going over the toes.
Main cause of that problem is because they don't step far enough, however you keep a controlled distance where your knee bends exactly at 90°, which I admire.
Keep up the great work!!
