Any idea how to make a portable version of the exe, so that the end-user doesn't need to install the 2GB zip file?

For example, I tried copying the LauncherMain and mclmcrrt9_6 dlls to the same folder as the exe generated by the compiler, yet when I try to run it, the messagbox still says it can't find/load the latter.

I looked in the registry, but there's tons of matlab entries scattered all over the place.. not just HKLM's
