AH! Excellent video. We need more of this. I couldn't get my head around the D3, L3, S9 stuff and what looks like GPU miners don't stand a chance against these Bitmain miners. Nice job- Subscribed. Thanks for making the directions clear and specific. Looks liked the L3+ is the way to go for now. Basic question- is the L3+ able to mine items other than Scrypt? In the event that algo's get too complex or for any other reason, are we able to switch to another program offered at NiceHash? (in other words- when does machine become obsolete?)
Also- what's the what's the minimum Ethernet speed required?

Great video, I know this tutorial is about which crypto is most profitable to mine?, but my question is what Antminer or other units is best and most efficient to buy for mining ?. I know is best to buy a unit that has no limitations as far being limited to only mine zcash for example. What unit is best to buy that has no limitations as far as what and who I can mine.?

One way to potentially save on electricity that I haven't seen mentioned on any mining videos is to check with your power company about a Demand Meter. They are billed at a different rate which is based on your peak demand instead of just your usage. This results in a savings if you're using a lot of power but since these typically go into commercial installations, they may not be available for a residence.

We have one on our house and we stagger inrush events which occur when you start a clothes dryer for example, so we never run multiple high-draw appliances at the same time to avoid spiking our peak demand. The benefit is that we're able to run our A/C down in the 60's in the summer, and our electric bill for a 2500 sq ft home is less than $150 per month and less than $80 in the winter months.

Hi. I looked at the nicehash calculator.. And it said that the d3 minus electricity is only making me 5usd day.. Electricoty is 0.18.. Is that correct? D3 are very cheap atm.. Or should i buy something else?

Great comparison! I have a question tho. I want to buy 10 L3's and mine with nicehash. It should give me a monthly profit of aroun $5K and 4, 5K euro . RIO would be about 80 days with current profibility. Would you advice to do it? Or wait for a new and faster antminer? I'm afraid the difficulty is going to increase alot and I wont make much profit after a couple of months.

ordered 3 L3's on the 18th of november 2017 and profit pm on nice hash was $880. down to $304 pm now..is that because of the difficulty increase and or because of the drop in litecoin price? what is the forecast for the future on the L3's profitability? im very worried as they were the most profitable. i could have bought 4 S9's with the same amount of money..not looking good. advice?

I do have a view questions as i'm new to this. I hope you can find the time to answer them. very much appreciated. I think i would start mining with the L3+. I suppose i do need to mine in a pool? Are there any you can advise? And if i understand correctly i can set up the awesome miner software in such a way that it automatically switches to the best algorithm to mine? So once the L3+ is received, I set it up through its webaddress and after that I Start Awesome miner which gives me the opportunity to autoswitch to the best algorithm?

Nice rundown. The fact you are turning a profit seems to go counter to what a lot of non-miners seem to be complaining about: That it's "impossible" to profit from mining anymore. I think those people haven't done their homework, and it's a question of knowing the currency, knowing the rate at which the hardware is going to lose efficiency, and knowing how to keep your costs down. It seems you are doing that well. Are you mining in the U.S.?
