I don't know if I saw your taco mac & cheese I'm totally gonna check that out because that sounds right up my alley, thank you for doing this video I have leftovers sometimes of milk-based products like this and I was never sure if I could actually save them by canning them or not.

Ok girl, I’m ready. My nacho sauce wasn’t good with heat since I used mild rotel. So I boiled some Arbol peppers I has. Processed them and put those and the small amount of juice they had to add heat. This worked. Next time I’ll buy a can of Hot rotel . But I’m ready to go in now head first. I’m excited . Hope it turns out. 😅 I’m not heating anything . I’m going cold.

I'm brand new to canning, and this is one I figured I can't mess up. Am I putting the lid on my canner and getting to a certain pressure? Or does it seal in the hot water? Teach me like you would a five year old.

I need help from a cheese canning pro. I’m going to can nacho cheese sauce . I want to add rotel ingredients. Does that add to my canning time . Water bath in 1/2 pints.
