September 12, 2018: This new product looks amazing and I am very interested in purchasing one if it is safe to pocket carry! When carrying the knife in a pocket, will the magic locking system prevent it from opening in ones pocket 100% of the time to prevent injury. Is the locking system full proof enough to prevent opening in ones pocket and causing injury regardless of the possibility of lose items being in the carry pocket as well? If this is the case disregard my next question. If the only safe way to carry the knife in a pocket to insure complete safety from opening and causing injury is to use a pocket clip, do all knives being sold come with a pocket clip? Thanks very much for your time, I hope the system is bullet proof and safety was a prime consideration when developing and creating this awesome product!

I'm gonna have to say it's very close to how woodworking clamps are designed. or the same principal atleast using directional friction to hold it in place and pulling the ring disengages the mechanism.
