I am not a Capitec Client and it would be nice if you show us a little more.
For instance process for a Capitec Client to transfer money to an FNB Credit Card.?
As far as I know the high level process is
Create Beneficiary
Choose FIRST CARD
Enter A/c (Supplied by FNB)

In the reference field enter actual Beneficiary 16 digit Card Number.
Note: Manual process so may take 3 day to take effect.
The allocation step is a manual process by FNB.
Ensure that the Card Number entered into the text field is correct as the field is not validated.

Stupid video by Capitec. You keep flipping the phone where people are supposed to be concentrating on and you say "And enter all the necessary details" without mentioning what exactly those details are supposed to be. This is supposed to be a step by step process

This video is useless. The app has place for 2 account numbers and no place to dot down the reference number. Bring back cash and in bank payments. Much easier.
