Love the small tribute to TFC at the end. Always a True Hermit and a reminder of no matter what people say, Hermitcraft isn't about Mega Bases or insane machines, it's about a bunch of people around the world playing a video game they love in their own way and having fun together. Fantastic work and thank you Pix, Sloy, Lyarrah for doing this show.

Impulse has actually discussed some of his plans in a stream of his (his last hermitcraft 9 stream), so for anybody interested: He basically said he's wanting to go for a kind of cyberpunk-dystopian aesthetic, and he cited The Stacks, from Ready Player One, as an example of this aesthetic.

This Season had its Wildest rides... From King Ren, To Buttercups Vs The GOAT, To the TCG and Decked Out II... However the most heavy hitting and saddest part of all of this, was obviously the passing of the Truest Hermit whom has ever lived...

It’s been a great season, and memories have been made. Yet it’s a somber thing to me, given TFC’s unfortunate passing. May he be forever immortalized in Hermitcraft history, and forever in our hearts.

It's rather interesting the number of Hermits that came out of this season and went "Okay, maybe I went *too* mega with my mega base this season. I'm probably gonna scale it down in season 10." It's very fun exploring the Hermitcraft world, roleplaying as someone akin to a barbarian after the fall of Rome. All the magnificent builds are still there, but I can't build them nor fully comprehend their meaning. So I just play survival and scavenge. Really fun. Found the Hotguy bow and released some Sniffers.

I hope that for Season 10 the shopping district becomes a bigger thing again, because in this season it felt like almost everyone had a farm for everything, which meant less interactions

Ren almost getting murdered by a creeper at the very end of his last video was another fine capstone to the season's end... but Grian definitely had a wholesome, uplifting ending to things.
Glad I discovered these recaps, they really helped showcase the antics and achievements every week.

I love everything you did to make these recaps. All the hermitcraft footage you went through, I’m glad you did it.

I think another highlight of this season was the collaboration between Empires S2 and HC, unless you’ve forgotten about that already. It was very cool seeing how the members of both Hermitcraft AND empires went around it. Also, Grian’s video wasn’t 1.5 hours long. It was almost 2 hours

I never got the chance to watch TinFoilChef, but it was heartwarming to see how much impact he had on the other hermits. Rest in Peace TFC. We will all miss you.
