Chilly is good. The colder the intake of air, the more thermal reaction you get at ignition in the combustion chamber. That’s old school drag racing fact. In the old days, they used to run a copper coil fuel line in a can filled with ice to make the fuel as cold as they can to get the thermal reaction as intense as they could.
