There is two mistake;Cyrprus didnt get invaded by British people Ottomans rented Cyrprus to the British Empire then WW1 camed out so British people didnt pay rent and annexed Cyrprus.

Republic of Turkey wanted to help Cyprussian Turks but they threated by west, Then Ecevit gone to Londra, after he get rejected there is no way left so Turkish Goverment started an Peace Operation

Both Turkish and Greek civilians died in the war, and most of the Turkish villages were looted. Nobody got what they wanted. I hope either the State of Northern Cyprus is officially recognized or the Cypriots unite with justice around a single Cyprus. Greek Cypriots and Turkish Cypriots already have the right to cross both the North and the South of Cyprus

Actually Britain rented Cyprus but after WW1 broke they invaded it.

It kind of sucks to know that Cyprus went through all of that being part of the Ottoman empire went through the British empire and then when they thought they can get the whole territory freaking turkey have to take over half of the island just because they were so petty and actually if I'm correct I did hurt that NATO had to get a remove turkey because of the dispute of Turkish Republic of Cyprus because of the nonsense but they did not want to lose turkey because they're the only Asian country to keep an eye on Asian countries so it's pretty much a tough thing to do
