I walk through San Pedro Sula, Honduras, and speak to random locals, check out random businesses, shop around, and eat street food. Give the fact that a few years ago, San Pedro Sula had the highest homicide rate in the world, I ask several people about safety and violence in their city today and get some interesting responses.

Honduras is my native country and San Pedro Sula is where I was born. I live in California and haven't been there in ages.
Glad to see a nicer face of my birth city 'cause in the news I mostly see the darker side of it.
