Time taken:
- make tomorrow's to-do list: 5m
- declutter the space: 3m
- lay out clothes for tomorrow: 1m
- change into night clothes and put the current clothes on the clothes' rack/ in the washing machine: 5m
- make bed: 9m
- check for any on lights, open doors/ windows and lock them: 1m
- dim the lights: 10s
- brush my teeth and put on the retainers: 6m
- wash my face (with not just water) and apply night cream: 8m
- Head massage for 5 min and comb my hair: 11m
- bathroom break: 3m
- apply body lotion to elbows/ hands and feet: 2m
- drink warm water: 3m 30s
- meditate for 5 min: 5m
- pray: 4m
- lights out and sleep

60m 40s
~ 1hr 15min
