I like how you made this video to show just exactly what a Tim Hortons experience in Canada is actually like. There's two factors that destroyed Tim Hortons in Canada if we're being honest with ourselves. Firstly, the fact that they sold themselves to Burger King back in 2014 is the reason the quality of their coffee and their food has literally gone down the toilet. Their coffee tastes more like soiled water than actual coffee now, and you can honestly get better food at a KFC in Compton LA. Secondly, Justin Trudeau's migrant workers program. Ever since that program was implemented, Tim Hortons has started hiring mostly people who English is not their first or maybe even their second language and not giving them any proper ESL or customer service training, then expecting them to be able to serve people in English their first day on the job. I'm glad you showed the world exactly what us Canadians have to go through at Tim Hortons now on a daily basis.

Tim's and MacDonald's are a social experience, fresh coffee and fresher gossip. Some people go four times a-day. But there is like a meet-up early evening if you miss the 7 - 9 am group. They used to meet at McDonald's years ago when smoking was allowed. Times have changed. Now it's all about the wi-fi, which you can get at both. Sunday's you will see the local bike people (they are not an organized biker club, just locals). Personally I like McDonald's coffee over Timmy's.

We love Timmy's, they're all over Michigan. We have 2 by my house. Great coffee and muffins, or a donut. Glad you got to experience it. Just know, when you come back to Michigan and through Ohio, there will be Tim Horton's

Actually usually at Tim Hortons you pay at the cash and move to the counter to get your order. It was probably sat on the counter then brought over to you at the cash when they notice thats where you stayed. No biggie, hope you enjoyed it.
