Well said, Pariah. It echoes George Orwell's insights in his book called "1984" about POWER: the ruling authority isn't concerned with the public's welfare but with Pure Power. Power isn't just a means to an end; it's the end itself. Language and importantly man's ability to speak openly are central to this control, as you know. It's disheartening to see former strongholds of Democracy and Free Speech turning into the very dystopia Orwell warned about in 1984.

I really like if reposted the pattaya series I learned lots from that series.I was in pattaya 3 months ago I didn’t enjoy the trip 4 years ago and now it’s like black and white people are not smiling anymore four star hotels don’t turn on Lobby, hallways ac . Taxi drivers, food vendors were angry etc
