I watched an interview with him by some bald guy in Tenerife (I forgot his name but it's on YouTube). Estas was further evolved on a spiritual level and so I felt kind of frustrated that he didn't meet his match because the topic was really important and interesting.

Now, 2 months later, I do notice that I found value in that interview. It showed a glimpse of his soul and his own personal trajectory/spiritual evolution.

He came a very long way and has done a lot of shadow work. Processing and purging.

I am an expert in self sabotage and now I find myself asking the question "What would Estas do?"
The answer is the same as if I would ask "What would I do if I would truly love myself?"
Somehow "What would Estas do?" is easier.

Thank you for posting so often. It's a constant reminder of the question + on how to think less and feel more.
