When you have nothing to lose and nothing to gain...that's when your soul gets filled with love. The moral is simple we have are stuck in life in our own circumstances, greed, selfishness, loneliness and that's how one become heartless cuz they only think about themselves but when you lose everything and realise that....in reality all that was mirage. When you leave all your desires, it can be any type of desire which in fact doesn't matter in life, that time you find yourself, joy, happiness in people. So be yourself ...be desire less ..come out of your show off life ...your own prison ...and find true meaning of life and happiness in people instead of doing harm... being jealous... being greedy for the unnecessary assets...!! Nowdays People are busy collecting unnecessary assets in life but they are not realising that at the same time they are losing to live life of happiness. No desire = Life

I think a good moral is, you can lose your beautiful tea set, lose your home, but as long as you have a friendship, you haven’t lost a thing. Harder to replace a friendship than material thing that comes and goes. Glad he found friends in the goats.

In 2010 I lost practically everything. Only two things kept me going and fighting to rebuild. My now late dog and cat. We went through hard times together and they took it better than I did. I never would’ve made it without them.

Marvellous. That was quite some story.I loved the manner in which things took a turn for the good in the end.The kid's boisterousness zeal and affectionate manner won over the ogre in the end apart from saving his life.Wonderfully created.Kudos!

Actually, we don't know the back story of the ogre. Yes, he appears to be lonely and probably is. Perhaps, however, his tea ritual is a way to remember someone close who is no longer there. And the tea services might have been things they acquired or collected together. Yes, attachment to things is questionable, but sometimes these things are simply representative of attachments to others.

What the kid did was wrong, up to the point at which it presented the broken tea service to the ogre. I'm not sure the kid saved the ogre's life because the house might have not fallen down before the kid's actions did so much damage. At the end, maybe the ogre was making the best of a bad situation rather than dwell on all he had just lost.

It is a lovely bit of animation and I did enjoy it very much.
