One of the most challenging Cisco topics to understand isn't a networking technology. It's licensing... specifically licensing for Cisco Unified Communications networks.

In fact, the new CLCOR (350-801) exam blueprint lists Licensing as a topic to know for the exam. Specifically, the blueprint says you should know about Cisco Smart Licensing and Flex Licensing.
